HOPE Partnership is growing!

We are excited to welcome Kim Harty as our new Communications and Program Director.

Kim brings more than 30 years of nonprofit management experience, much of it with YMCAs in the human services field. Over the course of her career, she has led multiple YMCAs and other organizations, while also providing association-level support services. Kim has joined HOPE Partnership to lend her expertise in communications, program management, philanthropy, and other areas where her skills can strengthen our mission.

“I’m excited to use my background to support a nonprofit that is so vital in today’s world,” Kim shares. “Housing is one of the most urgent issues we face as a society.”

Outside of work, Kim enjoys hiking with her dog, spending time with friends and family, exploring art, being a grandmother, and embracing new opportunities to learn and connect with people.
