Wellington at Madison

 is an exciting project currently underway in Madison, CT. Located at 131 Cottage Road, the property currently includes 4 completed and occupied rental units and 24 units are currently under construction. The affordable 1- and 2-bedroom rentals will be designated for households making up to 25%, 50%, and 60% of the area median income, and the remaining 7 units will be rented at market rate.

Application Instructions

The Caleb Foundation, though its Managing Agent, DeMarco Management Corporation are pleased to announce that applications are currently being accepted for the waiting list at Wellington at Madison located at 131 Cottage Rd., in Madison, CT beginning on Wednesday July 17, 2024, beginning at 9:00 A.M. through Thursday July 18, 2024.  Applications post marked or received after July 19, 2024, will not be accepted.   

Wellington at Madison is an Affordable Rental Housing community consisting of 27 newly constructed apartment homes which include 14 one-bedroom units and 13 two-bedrooms, to join 4 existing units on site.

An applicant’s gross family annual income will be used to determine eligibility for admission. To qualify for the affordable units, the applicant household must be an applicant whose head of household total annual income does not exceed up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for New Haven County.
