We are very excited to begin accepting applications for The Lofts at Spencer’s Corner located at 90 Main Street, Centerbrook CT.

 

Applications will be accepted from November 5, 2020 through December 5, 2020 for occupancy beginning March 2021.

 

The Lofts at Spencer’s Corner is a 17-unit mixed-income rental housing community which will offer a mix of 4 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom townhouse units, and 3 three-bedroom townhouse units

 

Income restricted one-bedroom rents range from $440.00 to $1,250.00; two-bedroom income restricted units start at $525.00 to $1,350; three-bedroom income restricted units start at $1,125 to $1,650.

 

Applications should be filled out in their entirety and returned to DeMarco Management Corp., 117 Murphy Road, Hartford, CT 06114.
